Ciudad

Blocks, bars and grids that evoke the logic of coded repetition, filtered through the imperfection of the hand. Dense rhythms of black bars and outlined planes settle over warm, layered grounds, like the plan of a city seen from above or a structure under construction. The series moves between architecture and drawing: a geometry that builds and erodes at the same time.
