Who we are

This website, lettieriart.com, is the official website of the artist Paola Lettieri. Personal data is handled by Lettieri Art LLC (PO Box 44942, Boise, ID 83711, United States) and, for sales made from Argentina, by Paola Lettieri (Buenos Aires, Argentina). What information we collect

Inquiries. When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

Newsletter. When you subscribe to news from the studio, we receive your email address.

Purchases. When you acquire a work, we receive the details needed to complete the sale and ship it: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. Card payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your inquiries, to complete and ship your purchase, to send the certificate of authenticity and, if you have subscribed, to send you occasional news about new works and exhibitions. We never sell or rent your personal data.

Service providers

To operate, we rely on a small number of providers that process data on our behalf: Hostinger (website hosting, email and newsletter delivery through Hostinger Reach), Google Fonts (typefaces displayed on this site, which receive your IP address when the page loads), payment providers such as banks, card processors and PayPal, and shipping carriers that deliver the works.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant. Purchase records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop receiving the newsletter. Every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe in one click. To exercise any of these rights, write to lettieriart@gmail.com. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you also have the rights granted by your local data protection laws, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with its new date.
