1. The seller
Works are sold by Lettieri Art LLC (United States) or by Paola Lettieri (Argentina), depending on where each work ships from. Contact: lettieriart@gmail.com.
2. The works
Every work is an original, one-of-a-kind painting, signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity sent by email. Images on this website are photographs of the works; colors may vary slightly depending on the screen.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in US dollars and include shipping to any country. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes in the destination country, if any, are not included and are paid by the buyer.
4. How to buy and payment
Works are acquired by inquiry, through the “Inquire” button or by email. Once availability is confirmed, the buyer receives the payment details. Accepted methods include bank transfer, card and PayPal. A work is reserved for the buyer once payment has been received, and ships after the payment has cleared.
5. Shipping
Works ship from the United States or Argentina. They travel rolled, so the collector can have them stretched and framed as they prefer. Delivery times depend on the destination; an estimate and the tracking details are provided with each shipment.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted if requested within 48 hours of delivery by writing to lettieriart@gmail.com. The work must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, rolled and properly protected. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. The refund is issued, using the original payment method, once the work has been received and checked.
7. Commissions
Commissioned works are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
8. Copyright
The purchase of a work transfers ownership of the physical painting. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist. Images on this website may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing law
Sales made by Lettieri Art LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Sales made by Paola Lettieri from Argentina are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection laws in the buyer’s country may grant.
