At Lettieri Art, each piece is handled with care and shipped with attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated to you directly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or local postal services. Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within Argentina): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork. For custom or large-format works, shipping will be quoted individually.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item or shipping cost.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging and artwork

  • Your order number
