At Lettieri Art, each piece is created with care and intention. As our artworks are unique and often made to order, we encourage you to read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damage or incorrect item
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Custom and Commissioned Work
Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a commission is confirmed and work has begun, changes may not be possible. We will stay in close communication during the creative process to ensure satisfaction.
4. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided.
